מדיניות פרטיות — עוזר הוואטסאפ של Shorts

1. מי אנחנו

Shorts Estate (״Shorts״, ״אנחנו״) מפעילה את עוזר הוואטסאפ של Shorts: שירות צ׳אט אוטומטי שעוזר לאורחים למצוא ולהזמין דירות נופש המופיעות באתר shortsestate.com. ליצירת קשר: dev.shortsestate@gmail.com.

מדיניות זו חלה על עוזר הוואטסאפ בלבד. הזמנות, תשלומים וחשבונות באתר ובאפליקציה כפופים למדיניות הפרטיות של האתר.

2. מה אנחנו אוספים

כשאתם כותבים לעוזר, אנחנו מקבלים מוואטסאפ את מספר הטלפון שלכם, את שם התצוגה בפרופיל הוואטסאפ, את תוכן ההודעות ואת מועד שליחתן. מתוך השיחה אנחנו שומרים את הפרטים שאתם מוסרים כדי למצוא לכם דירה: תאריכים, מספר אורחים, אזור, תקציב, העדפות ושאלות.

איננו מבקשים ואיננו שומרים בצ׳אט פרטי תשלום, מסמכי זיהוי או סיסמאות. התשלום מתבצע רק באתר shortsestate.com.

3. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע

  • כדי להבין את הבקשה ולהשיב, כולל הצגת דירות, זמינות ומחירים.
  • כדי לשלוח לכם קישור שפותח את עמוד התשלום באתר עם התאריכים שלכם.
  • כדי להעביר את השיחה לנציג מצוות Shorts כשהעוזר לא יכול לעזור.
  • כדי לתפעל את השירות, לתקן תקלות ולשפר את התשובות.

התשובות נוצרות אוטומטית על ידי מודל בינה מלאכותית. אדם עשוי לקרוא את השיחה כשהיא מועברת לנציג או במסגרת בקרת איכות.

איננו משתמשים בהודעות שלכם לפרסום ואיננו מוכרים את המידע שלכם. לא נשלח לכם הודעות שיווקיות בוואטסאפ אלא אם הסכמתם לקבל אותן.

4. מי עוד מעבד את המידע

  • Meta Platforms — מעבירה את ההודעות דרך פלטפורמת WhatsApp Business, בכפוף לתנאים ולמדיניות הפרטיות של וואטסאפ.
  • Anthropic — ספקית הבינה המלאכותית שהמודל שלה קורא את השיחה כדי לנסח את התשובה. השיחות נשלחות דרך ה־API המסחרי שלה, שאינו משתמש בנתוני לקוחות לאימון המודלים.
  • מערכות ההזמנות של Shorts — העוזר בודק זמינות ומחירים בזמן אמת ממערכת ההזמנות שלנו. הוא אינו יוצר הזמנות ואינו כותב את פרטיכם למערכת.
  • ספק אחסון — השרת שעליו רץ העוזר.
  • רשויות ויועצים — כשהחוק מחייב, או לצורך ביסוס או הגנה על תביעה משפטית.

ספקים אלה מפעילים שרתים מחוץ לישראל, בין היתר בארצות הברית ובאיחוד האירופי.

5. כמה זמן אנחנו שומרים

היסטוריית השיחה נשמרת עד 12 חודשים מההודעה האחרונה שלכם, ואז נמחקת. תיעוד של שיחות שהועברו לנציג נשמר לאותה תקופה. אם תבקשו מחיקה, נמחק את השיחה מוקדם יותר, אלא אם היא נדרשת להזמנה פתוחה או לחובה חוקית.

6. הזכויות שלכם

לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א־1981, אתם רשאים לבקש לעיין במידע שאנחנו מחזיקים עליכם, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו. כתבו לעוזר ״מחקו את המידע שלי״ או שלחו מייל ל־dev.shortsestate@gmail.com. נשיב תוך 30 יום, וייתכן שנבקש לאמת את מספר הטלפון תחילה. ניתן גם לפנות בתלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.

כדי להפסיק להשתמש בעוזר, פשוט הפסיקו לכתוב לו או חסמו את המספר בוואטסאפ.

7. אבטחה

ההודעות עוברות בחיבור המוצפן של וואטסאפ, ואל הספקים שלנו בחיבורים מוצפנים. הגישה לשיחות השמורות מוגבלת לאנשי צוות Shorts שזקוקים לה. אין מערכת מאובטחת לחלוטין. אם תתרחש פריצה שיוצרת סיכון ממשי עבורכם, נודיע לכם ולרשויות כנדרש בחוק.

8. קטינים

העוזר מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מקטינים.

9. שינויים

ייתכן שנעדכן מדיניות זו. הגרסה העדכנית נמצאת תמיד בכתובת shortsestate.com/privacy.

Privacy Policy — Shorts WhatsApp Assistant

1. Who we are

Shorts Estate ("Shorts", "we") operates the Shorts WhatsApp assistant, an automated chat service that helps guests find and book short-term rentals listed on shortsestate.com. Contact: dev.shortsestate@gmail.com.

This policy covers the WhatsApp assistant only. Bookings, payments and accounts on shortsestate.com and in the Shorts app are covered by the site privacy policy.

2. What we collect

When you message the assistant we receive from WhatsApp your phone number, the display name on your WhatsApp profile, the text of your messages and the time they were sent. From the conversation itself we keep the details you give us to find a stay: dates, number of guests, area, budget and any preferences or questions.

We do not ask for and do not store payment details, ID documents or passwords in chat. Payment happens only on shortsestate.com.

3. How we use it

  • To understand your request and reply, including showing apartments, availability and prices.
  • To send you a link that opens the site checkout with your dates filled in.
  • To pass the conversation to a person on the Shorts team when the assistant cannot help.
  • To keep the service working, fix problems and improve replies.

Replies are generated automatically by an artificial-intelligence model. A human may read the conversation when it is escalated or when we review quality.

We do not use your messages for advertising and we do not sell your information. We will not send you marketing messages on WhatsApp unless you have agreed to receive them.

4. Who else processes it

  • Meta Platforms — delivers messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Anthropic — the AI provider whose model reads the conversation to write the reply. Conversations are sent through its commercial API, which does not use customer data to train its models.
  • Shorts booking systems — the assistant looks up live availability and prices from our booking platform. It does not create bookings or write your details into it.
  • Hosting provider — the server that runs the assistant.
  • Authorities and advisers — where the law requires, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

These providers operate servers outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union.

5. How long we keep it

Conversation history is kept for up to 12 months from your last message, then deleted. Records of conversations handed to a person on the team are kept for the same period. If you ask for deletion, we delete your conversation sooner, unless we need it for an open booking or a legal requirement.

6. Your rights

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message the assistant "delete my data" or email dev.shortsestate@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your phone number first. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

To stop using the assistant, stop messaging it or block the number in WhatsApp.

7. Security

Messages travel over WhatsApp's encrypted connection and to our providers over encrypted connections. Access to stored conversations is limited to the Shorts team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach creates a real risk to you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Children

The assistant is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always at shortsestate.com/privacy.
